Job summary

Kroger is seeking a dedicated Store Operations professional to lead the Dairy department, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a safe, clean store that invites customers to return. You will direct and supervise all functions and activities for the department, communicate plans with the team, and drive sales and profit goals.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, uphold food safety standards, and implement promotions with store management.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
Dairy experience is preferred.
Second language (verbal, reading and/or writing).

Responsibilities
