Sprouts Farmers Market in Colorado is seeking a Dairy Manager to lead our busy Dairy Department, ensuring product quality, sanitation, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will coach and develop a team, manage scheduling, control inventory, run pricing, and collaborate with the Store Manager on hiring and promotions to deliver the best dairy shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to give and take direction in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior toward team members and customers.

Responsabilités

• Direct clerks in the department while overseeing presentation and sanitation standards of the Dairy Department.
• Process/stock products according to Sprouts dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department.
• Control inventory to recommended stock levels to maximize sales and minimize stock loss.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and remove out-of-code items.
• Manage price changes within the department.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in merit reviews.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings; recruit, hire, promote and transfer decisions with Store Manager.
• Address team member concerns and take corrective actions when needed.
