You'll coordinate scheduling, supervise performance reviews, coach team members, recruit and promote, and collaborate with store leadership to meet financial goals. This role demands hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and a passion for healthy options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reports and financial goals.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with customers and team.
• Ability to operate equipment and stand long hours.
• Food Handlers permit requirement.
