As Dairy Manager you will lead and coach the team, manage inventory, scheduling, pricing, safety, and adherence to company standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of reports and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Dairy Department staff and maintain presentation standards.
• Process/stock products per Sprouts standards and ensure product rotation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage inventory.
• Schedule staffing and coordinate with Store Manager.
• Lead safety and sanitation compliance.
