Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Dairy Manager to lead the dairy department on the sales floor and backroom cooler, ensuring quality, presentation, and sanitation standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will direct staff, manage scheduling, oversee inventory and pricing, and coach team members. Candidates should have at least 2 years of grocery retail experience and a flexible schedule. DailyPay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customers and team.
• Able to operate equipment and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Food Handlers permit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee dairy department staff and presentation.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory and turnover to maximize sales and minimize loss.
