Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Assist department manager in reaching sales and profit goals.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions and help customers with products sold in the department and store.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and monitor safety guidelines.
• Inform customers of specials and fresh products; stock and label merchandise.
• Check product quality and temperature, review sell-by dates, and take action as needed.
• Report discrepancies to the department manager and management.
