Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months related experience required.
• Able to perform basic math with units and decimals.
• Experience in food/beverage industry preferred.
• Must stand/walk/kneel/bend; lift up to 50 lbs; wear PPE.
• Able to work in wet environments and handle chemicals.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass pre-employment screens (drug, background, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate continuous flow or vat-type equipment to process milk and dairy products.
• Monitor blending components, adjust flow, temperatures and speeds per specs.
• Ensure quality, food safety and product specifications are met.
• Assemble/disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitation per manufacturer instructions.
• Take samples and provide to laboratory as required.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow GMPs.
• Record data and report issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production.
