Gandy is seeking a Batch-Blend Operator to run continuous flow or vat-type blending equipment for milk, cream, and other dairy products, following established formulas and methods.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, adjusting valves and temperatures, ensuring quality and food safety, and completing clear documentation. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Able to read and follow formulas and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate continuous flow or vat-type blending equipment for dairy products.
• Monitor equipment and adjust valves, pumps, and temperatures per specifications.
• Ensure quality, food safety and product specifications are met.
• Complete required documentation clearly and accurately.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain production goals.
