Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings in Epping and surrounding areas. You can choose the days you’re available, with a mix of part-time or full-time work, and enjoy weekly pay.

You’ll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management, and bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal but not essential).
  • Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
  • Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
  • Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
