Job summary

Connex Education is seeking nurturing EYFS Supply Teachers to support Taunton primary schools from September 2026. This role offers flexible day-to-day, regular part-time, or short-term work for early years specialists who enjoy variety and building relationships with local schools.

Deliver prepared nursery and reception activities, support routines and early development, and contribute to positive, play-rich learning experiences for young children. QTS and EYFS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.

Location: Taunton

Start date: September 2026

£150 to £233 per day based on role and pay scale.

EYFS Supply Teaching Role

In Taunton, supply teaching offers the chance to work across a mix of welcoming nursery and reception classrooms, supporting children with routines, confidence, communication, independence, and early learning while schools receive reliable, high-quality cover.
