Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Brentwood and Essex. Flexible days, ranging from part-time to near full-time, with opportunities in primary, secondary and early years settings.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers, and help maintain calm, structure and positivity in diverse classrooms, adapting to varied school environments and pupil needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities
