Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations or financial services.
• Proficient in Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion handling confidential information.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Open new donor-advised funds (DAFs) following established standards, timelines, and procedures.
• Review DAF applications for completeness and accuracy against guidelines.
• Prepare and complete investment account paperwork and coordinate signatures.
• Partner cross-functionally to support opening and maintenance of funds.
• Enter and maintain DAF/investment data in CRM and systems to keep records current.
• Assist in establishing online access and login credentials for investment accounts.
• Deliver high-quality service via outbound and inbound calls and emails to financial professionals.
• Identify routine processing issues and escalate when guidance is needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
