Fearless Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic banquet servers to support our event-driven hospitality operations in the Philadelphia area. You will set up banquet bars, greet guests, and provide timely beverage service to ensure exceptional guest experiences at corporate meetings, weddings, and other events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Set up banquet bars according to event specifications
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and replenish bar stations and beverage stations as needed
• Clear bars and break down bar areas during and after events
• Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff to ensure seamless execution of events
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
