Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is seeking a Dining Supervisor to lead the Dacotah Dining team, ensuring quality service and menu execution. The role includes scheduling, training, and enforcing policies while maintaining guest satisfaction across shifts.

You will manage payroll, cash handling, and inventory controls, while adapting staffing to demand and upholding hygiene standards in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Knowledge of casino dining operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate Dacotah Dining staff to ensure quality products and service.
• Supervise daily department operations.
• Assume managerial duties in department manager's absence.
• Schedule and assign stations to department staff.
• Hire, train, review and discipline staff as required.
• Maintain and enforce department policies and procedures.
• Address guest and team member concerns in a respectful manner.
• Know service procedures, menus, Micros operations and seating chart.
• Maintain payroll, personnel, cash handling and sales records.
• Assist with inventory control and alert shortages.
• Evaluate and adjust staff levels as needed.
• Promote morale, productivity and efficiency.
• Perform various lobby and dining area functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
