Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE is seeking a flexible team member to assist servers and deliver food to guests across the property. The role includes cleaning, resetting, and maintaining tables, stocking service areas, and supporting the Food & Beverage team to uphold standards throughout the casino environment.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a smoke-influenced casino setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.

• Delivers food to the guests.
• Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
• Assists in side work and maintains all side stations.
• Stocks service areas of the food and beverage departments.
• Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.
• Refills ice wells as needed.

Also, may be subjected to a smoke filled environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
