Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel in Morton, MN seeks a Full-Time Dacotah Dining supervisor to direct dining staff and ensure quality service. You will supervise daily operations, assign stations, hire and train staff, and uphold policies while addressing guest concerns with professionalism.

This role requires prior food and beverage and supervisory experience, with ServSafe certification preferred. You will support payroll tracking, inventory, and staff scheduling in a dynamic casino dining

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate activities of Dacotah Dining staff to ensure the delivery of quality products and service.
• Supervise daily department operations.
• Assume managerial duties and responsibilities in department managers absence.
• Work opposite shift of Dacotah Dining Manager as needed.
• Schedule and assign stations to department staff.
• Hire, train, review and discipline department staff as required.
• Maintain and enforce department policies and procedures.
• Promptly address all guest and team member concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
• Maintain current knowledge of service procedures, menus, Micros operations and seating chart.
• Maintain accurate payroll, personnel, cash handling and sales records.
• Assist with inventory control as needed.
• Alert department manager of any inventory shortages.
• Evaluate and adjust staff levels according to business needs.
• Promote a high level of morale, productivity and efficiency.
• Perform various lobby and dining area functions as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Details Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN 56270 Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $32.83 Hourly Job Shift: Varies (+Weekends)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
