Job summary

Atlassian welcomes applicants from across Germany. We seek a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive ITSM/ESM adoption across the DACH region, partnering with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Partners and Alliances to win net-new business.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, co-sell with partners, and help shape the AI-powered service management vision in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in closing roles.
• Experience selling ITSM/ESM or service-management solutions to IT buyers.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement with IT leaders.
• Fluent German and English required.

Responsibilities

• Drive ITSM/ESM sales growth across the DACH region with a defined territory.
• Build relationships with IT leaders and service management decision-makers in German-speaking enterprises.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles across new lands and expansions.
• Co-sell with solution partners and GSIs to extend reach.
• Provide customer insights to Product, Marketing, Engineering.
• Forecast accurately and maintain deal visibility.
