Job summary

Talentuch is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Technical Architect to translate functional concepts into technical solutions using best practices in Finance and Supply Chain. You will lead architecture designs, mentor a team, and collaborate with clients, PMs, and BAs to deliver complex Dynamics 365 implementations.

The role emphasizes leadership, solution design, and the ability to learn quickly while communicating effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Requires strong client/stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication to articulate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 8+ years in technical architecture and Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 platform and related Azure/Power Platform.
• Experience as a Lead Developer in end-to-end customer implementations.
• Proficiency with integration patterns (Synchronous/Asynchronous).
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and LCS.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project deliveries, including analysis, design reviews, and performance optimization.
• Plan and manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Power Platform deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders on progress and deadlines.
• Translate client requirements into technical specs and project plans.
• Mentor a growing team of Dynamics consultants and enforce best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and artifacts.
• Collaborate with FastTrack and Engineering for product insights and design reviews.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution design and scoping.
