Job summary

Komline in Washington, DC is seeking a D365 F&O Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of Komline's Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations deployment portfolio. This role owns program delivery governance, ensuring on-schedule implementations within approved budgets and aligned with the company’s operating model as growth continues through acquisitions.

Working across internal business and IT teams, site leadership, partners, and stakeholders, you will drive deployment planning through

Qualifications

6+ years of ERP project or program management experience.
Experience with multi-site implementations and budget control.
Direct D365 F&O or similar ERP platform experience.
Manufacturing industry exposure, preferably made-to-order.
Strong cross-functional coordination and risk management.

Responsibilities

Develop deployment roadmaps across multiple sites, including acquisitions.
Establish baselines, budgets, forecasts, scope control, and corrective actions.
Lead implementations with internal teams and partners through all phases.
Coordinate with leaders to assess acquired businesses and integrate into ERP roadmap.
Define deliverables and ensure vendors meet SOW, quality, schedule, budget.
Run steering committees, risk reviews, and executive reporting.
Align functions around standardized processes and deployment commitments.
Maintain risk/issue registers and escalate decisions.
Define stage gates for design, data, integration, security, testing, cutover.
Develop internal/external resource plans with site participation.
