Job summary

AAA Washington is seeking an ERP Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery and operation of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across IT, Finance, and external partners. The role coordinates scoping, prioritization, delivery, and embedding of changes into business operations with a focus on controlled and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex system delivery or ERP programs.
• Experience managing D365 Finance and Operations module is required.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across business and IT.
• Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators.
• Structured, process-oriented approach to delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end flow of work across the D365 platform from intake to delivery and release.
• Coordinate activities across IT, Finance stakeholders, and external D365 partner resources.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery against priorities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the program.
• Lead the regular delivery cadence with stand-ups, reviews, and backlog sessions.
• Maintain governance processes and operating model for D365 initiatives.
• Coordinate release activities with IT and external partners for controlled production deployment.
• Engage business users, training needs, and communications for changes.
