Job summary

Komline seeks a D365 F&O Program Manager to lead planning and execution of the Dynamics 365 deployment across multiple sites in the Washington, DC area. You will ensure programs stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Komline's operating model.

The role requires leading governance with the ERP Platform Manager, coordinating internal teams and partners, and driving decisions with accountability across concurrent workstreams. Travel at least 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive ERP project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of implementation budgets, schedules, resource plans, vendor performance, risks, and executive reporting.
• Direct experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or a comparable ERP platform.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably within made-to-order, engineer-to-order, or project-based manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP deployment disciplines, including process design, data migration, integrations, testing, change management, training, cutover, and stabilization.
• Experience coordinating multiple business functions and operating locations through significant process and technology change.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrated, multi-site deployment roadmap across acquisitions, readiness, and resources.
• Establish schedule and budget baselines; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
• Lead implementations with internal resources and partners through discovery, design, configuration, migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
• Assess newly acquired businesses; define deployment approaches and integrate into broader ERP roadmap.
• Set deliverables, verify staffing and estimates, monitor performance against SOWs, and hold partners accountable.
• Lead steering committees, risk and issue escalation, change control, and executive reporting.
• Align Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and site leadership around standardized processes.
• Maintain risk/issue/dependency registers and drive mitigation plans.
