AAA Washington seeks an ERP Program Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery and operation of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across IT, Finance, and external partners. This role ensures work is scoped, prioritized, delivered, and embedded into business operations in a controlled, consistent manner.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex ERP programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate IT, Finance, and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT.
• Experience with third‑party vendors or system integrators.
• Structured, process‑oriented delivery and governance.
• Ability to operate across technical and business environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end flow of work across the D365 platform from intake through delivery and release.
• Coordinate activities across IT, Finance stakeholders, and external D365 partner resources.
• Monitor progress of work items and ensure timely delivery against priorities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the program.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the external D365 system integration partner.
• Maintain backlog health and prioritization; triage new requests.
• Provide regular reporting on program status and outcomes.
