Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Project Manager to lead a complex ERP implementation across manufacturing and distribution units in Addison, TX. This onsite role requires managing multi-site deployments, legacy migrations, and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT teams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from planning through go-live, coordinating with executives and stakeholders to ensure momentum and defined success metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP Project Management experience.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or warehousing experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and make decisions.
• Experience managing implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, including legacy ERP migrations.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and project delivery.
• Drive requirements, design, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Partner with business, technical, and implementation teams.
• Drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Support standardization across manufacturing and operational business units.

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation and transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate has deep D365 F&O implementation experience within manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environments and can lead projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, including legacy ERP migrations.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and project delivery.
