Johnstone Supply in Cranford, NJ seeks an experienced IT Project Manager for D365 F&O and related integrations. You will own epics, features, and stories in Azure DevOps, lead discovery workshops, and coordinate with architects on API/EDI integrations while driving process improvements across the business.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management within wholesale/distribution or ERP projects, strong communication, and the ability to mentor analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with IT project management: objectives, timelines, resources, processes, status.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and facilitate future-state process design.
• Own epics, features, and stories in Azure DevOps; ensure acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Coordinate with architects on integrations (API/EDI) and data entities.
• Lead SIT and UAT planning, cross-team coordination, and defect management.
• Develop SOPs, RACI charts, training materials, and business process docs.
