Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a skilled IT project manager/Business Analyst to drive D365 F&O implementations and related ERP initiatives. You will own epics, collaborate with architects on integrations, and ensure traceability from discovery through go-live, while creating essential process documentation.

This in-office role requires strong cross-functional coordination, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with IT project management, timelines, resources, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of SQL, Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, and Power Platform is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for D365 F&O modules and other ERP/workflow areas.
• Lead discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design.
• Own epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate integrations (API/EDI), data entities, and security model impacts.
• Lead SIT/UAT planning, cross-team coordination, defect management, and go-live readiness.
• Develop SOPs, RACI charts, and business process documentation.
