Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC invites an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT implementations aligned to the Digital Strategy and ERP upgrades. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

The role supports a hybrid work arrangement with up to three weeks onsite per month in Cranford, NJ, and requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive program success across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Active Agile or PMI certification recommended (PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP).
Experience leading IT projects and programs, including ERP upgrades.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale IT projects and programs per Strategic Roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Manage budgets, risks, and communications; provide regular status updates to sponsors.
Utilize Johnstone’s PM methodology and tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence).
Drive continuous improvement; conduct lessons learned and process improvements.
