Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex IT programs, including ERP upgrades and multi-year initiatives, in Cranford, NJ. The role combines program leadership with governance across vendor partners and internal teams, delivering on time and within budget.

You will work in a hybrid environment with up to 3 weeks onsite per month in Cranford, NJ, coordinating with Stores, Suppliers, and IT stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Certification in Agile or PMI (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) is highly recommended.
• Strong knowledge of IT project/program management lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP upgrades and implementations within IT.
• Plan, organize, and direct projects with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate status to executives and stakeholders, manage budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, scope, and timelines across multiple streams.
