Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions for clients. You will collaborate with executives, guide implementation teams, and mentor consultants to drive operational excellence and business transformation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of ERP experience, and Dynamics 365 certification. Travel to client sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ERP/Business/Technology background preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification required; MBA/JD/PhD may substitute.
• 7+ years implementing Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Develop functional designs and specifications for ERP implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead testing, QA, and project delivery activities.
• Mentor and develop consultants; travel to client sites as needed.
