Crowe in the United States is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification related to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred (MBA/JD/PhD/MA may substitute).
• 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations (Finance & Supply Chain) or equivalent ERP solutions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Design comprehensive solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Lead requirements workshops and develop functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Mentor and develop consultants, staying current on D365 ERP innovations and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
