Job summary

Triveni IT is seeking an experienced D365 CRM Tester to support QA across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, and Finance & Operations. This is a remote contract opportunity open to qualified candidates anywhere in the United States who can work EST hours.

You will develop, review, and execute manual and automated tests, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and collaborate in a SAFe Agile environment with developers, analysts, product owners, and QA teams to ensure quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience, both manual and automated.
• 3+ years testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and business processes.
• Hands-on automation testing including implementation of scripts.
• Experience with automation tools, programming, debugging, and API testing.
• Experience in Agile teams; SAFe framework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test cases for Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
• Test Dynamics 365 Sales functionality, processes, and rules.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Validate data exchanges between CE and F&O.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Manage test plans, test cases, defects, and reports in Azure DevOps/Jira/ALM Octane.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support defect resolution.
• Apply testing best practices and AI-driven testing methods.
• Ensure quality across SDLC and STLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute manual and automated test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O applications.
• Test Dynamics 365 Sales functionality, business processes, workflows, and business rules.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate automation frameworks and programming languages.
• Validate data exchange and integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, defects, and execution reports using Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify testing gaps, and support defect resolution.
• Apply testing best practices and explore AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and its business processes.
• Hands-on automation testing experience, including actual implementation of automated test scripts.
• Experience with automation tools, programming languages, debugging, and API testing.
• Strong understanding of test design, defect management, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience creating, executing, and reporting test cases.
• Experience working in Agile teams; SAFe framework experience is required by the project preference.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
