Syncreon Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Software Tester focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Finance to join our QA team. You will design, execute and automate tests, collaborate with developers and business stakeholders, and help ensure quality across Dynamics CE and related modules.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of testing experience, familiarity with AI-driven testing tools, and hands-on use of test-management platforms like Azure DevOps, Jira or ALM Octane.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years software testing, manual and automated.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools.
• Experience with test management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in SAFe framework.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework

Preferred Experience

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
• Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
• Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.
