We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agileenvironment and have a passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
• Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
• Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.
