Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MS Dynamics (D365) CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of critical business systems through both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and modern testing practices, with the ability to thrive in a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) applications.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Validate system functionality, integrations, workflows, and data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, escalating issues as necessary.
• Support regression, functional, integration, UAT, and performance testing efforts.
• Apply industry best practices and emerging technologies, including AI-driven testing tools, to optimize QA processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function and the Agile release train.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) and Finance & Operations (FO).
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of business processes (sales, finance, and cross-functional workflows).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data validation.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven testing tools or automation accelerators.
• Knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman, or similar.
• ISTQB or related testing certification.

Compensation

Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $90.00/hr
