Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a skilled D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO).

This role requires hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will work in a SAFe Agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality assurance initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other frameworks.

• Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands‑on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and have a passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing .

Essential Functions:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.

Preferred Experience

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
• Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
• Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.

Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are preferred.
