Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified QA professional in the United States to design and run comprehensive test plans across functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance tests.

You will work with Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other tools to ensure quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment. You will evaluate Dynamics 365 Finance and Sales (CE) modules, maintain detailed logs, and support end-user testing with AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.

Required Experience

• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework

Preferred Experience

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
• Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
• Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.
• Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are preferred.
