Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead a major initiative based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You will own the program, manage plans, risks, and critical decisions, and coordinate with executive leadership, IT, and vendors.

You will drive design sessions, track KPIs, manage change, and ensure documentation is complete and signed off. On-site work with EST hours and two weeks per month travel are expected initially.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a heavily customized environment.
• Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation or ERP/CRM programs.
• Vendor management experience, including contract review and invoice oversight.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to advise executive leadership.
• Organizational change management (OCM) experience and strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the overall Program Manager/PMO leader for the business transformation effort.
• Managing and reporting on project KPIs, risks, issue lists, design gaps, and key decisions.
• Building and maintaining the overall project plan with dependencies and critical path.
• Ensuring business, IT, and vendor documentation gets completed and signed off.
• Supporting organizational change management (OCM) and related communications.
• Providing strategic input to executive leadership and subject matter experts.
