The Role:
eNGINE is looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead a major business transformation initiative built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) experience is a plus, but CE is where you need to be strong. You'll be the person holding the whole program together: plans, risks, decisions, vendor relationships, and the people in the room who need clear answers.
What You'll Own:
- Acting as the overall Program Manager/PMO leader for the business transformation effort
- Managing and reporting out on project KPIs, risks, issue lists, design gaps, and key decisions
- Building and maintaining the overall project plan, including dependencies and critical path
- Ensuring business, IT, and vendor documentation — technical specs, requirements, SOPs, and more — gets completed and signed off
- Supporting organizational change management (OCM) and related communications
- Providing strategic input directly to executive leadership and subject matter experts across the business
- Controlling scope during design sessions, issue resolution, and enhancement requests, balancing quality, time, and cost — and escalating to leadership when thresholds are triggered
- Driving requirements and design sessions through to completion, including design review and approval
- Facilitating daily project team stand-ups with the implementation partner, IT leadership, change management leadership, and other stakeholders as needed
- Supporting vendor management, including biweekly invoice review with IT leadership
- Leading detailed contract reviews with Legal and IT leadership, including researching vendor documentation to determine whether credits or refunds are owed
- Project managing business unit and departmental readiness plans, including training coordination and go-live planning
- Taking on other responsibilities as needed and mutually agreed with leadership
What You Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a heavily customized environment
- Familiarity with Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) is a plus, though depth in CE matters more
- Proven vendor management experience, including contract review and invoice oversight
- A track record leading large-scale business transformation or ERP/CRM implementation programs
- Strong organizational change management (OCM) experience
- Comfort communicating with and advising executive leadership
- Excellent facilitation skills for design sessions, stand-ups, and cross-functional meetings
- Strong documentation discipline across technical, business, and vendor-facing materials
- Must be comfortable working EST hours
- Will require 2 weeks/month on-site for the first 2 months (reimbursed travel)
