Job summary

Hands-on and people manager with strong communication and client-facing skills. The role requires 5+ years in Microsoft business apps, front-end expertise (React), and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering Microsoft business apps, especially CE and Power Platform.
• Strong front-end experience with React and/or Angular/Next.js.
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs and modern UI patterns.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead delivery across client engagements.
• Willing to work from the office 2–3 days per week for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and delivery across D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Guide teams in custom apps, Dataverse, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Establish patterns for secure, scalable, and maintainable deployments.
• Drive AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Review designs and code to ensure enterprise standards are met.
• Mentor developers and support staffing and skills development.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to clients and shape solutions.
