Job summary
RSM US LLP is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Supervisor in Chicago to lead ERP implementations for manufacturing clients. You will define requirements, run fit-gap analyses, document processes, and train client SMEs on the cloud-based ERP.
You will guide cross-functional teams through full lifecycle projects, leverage Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps, and partner with executives to align people, processes, and technology with business goals.
Qualifications
- 5 years of manufacturing implementation experience using D365 Business Central or NAV.
- 5 years of ERP implementation experience with defined project methodologies.
- Desire to learn, grow, and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate capabilities of D365 Business Central to clients.
- Lead client workshops to uncover requirements and design solutions.
- Manage teams through full life-cycle implementations.
- Perform project management tasks and document end-to-end implementations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Link functional and technical requirements to deliver a complete ERP solution.
- Keep current with Microsoft One Version and new features.
