Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and modern front‑end stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js. You will guide teams, mentor developers, and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on leadership experience, expertise in Power Platform, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for business audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Power Platform with modern front‑end frameworks and Azure-hosted services.
• Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform and front‑end developers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding discovery, solution shaping, and prototyping.
• Contribute to governance, ALM, and DevOps practices for Power Platform + front‑end solutions.
