Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Supervisor, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE & Modern Front-End Engineering to lead enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and modern web technologies. You will guide architecture, mentor developers, and partner with clients to deliver scalable, secure outcomes.

The role combines hands-on leadership with people management, requiring strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft business applications, including significant experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies, including React (required) and Angular/Next.js (preferred).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Guide teams in extending D365 CE through custom applications, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF controls, plugins, APIs, integrations, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js).
• Establish architectural patterns for frontend extensibility, API integrations, and secure, scalable deployments.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
