Job summary

CSEngineering is hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer/Dynamics 365 to lead end-to-end solutions from custom web apps to model-driven Power Platform implementations. The role requires 6+ years of Dynamics 365 experience and 2 full lifecycle D365 CRM deployments, with Dataverse integration.

You will work in Bethesda, MD on hybrid arrangements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
8+ years managing software implementation projects.
6+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 design, development, customization, and administration.
Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365/Power Platform Professional (or equivalent).
2+ full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations with Dataverse integration and Model-Driven Apps.
Proficiency with SQL Server, Power Apps, Power BI, and RESTful APIs.
Experience building Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI reports.
On-premise and cloud-based deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
Strong time management, organization, and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the SDLC with code reviews, mentoring, and delivery oversight.
Set priorities and work with minimal supervision.
Support the Program Manager in project scheduling and risk mitigation.
Build model-driven Power Platform apps with Dataverse integration.
Create and manage Power Pages with advanced configurations.
Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions for stakeholders.
Diagnose and optimize performance across the tech stack.
Enforce best practices through code reviews.
