HighSpring India LLP seeks a Power Platform Technical Lead as the senior technical authority for Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform. The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, defining standards, reviewing code, owning the ALM model and ensuring everything built on the platform is scalable, secure and production-ready.

You will work closely with Platform Engineers, DevOps, Solution Architects and the IT Applications Developer team.

• Hands-on engineering with technical leadership
• Owns ALM, architecture decisions and code reviews
• Defines standards for scalable, secure solutions

• Translate requirements into Dataverse models, app designs and integration patterns
• Design and operate deployments via Power Platform pipelines and ADO pipelines
