Job summary

Dechert LLP is seeking a Talent Development D&I Senior Specialist within the Global Talent team to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into professional development across offices. This role drives learning opportunities and cultural competency while aligning with the firm's strategic objectives.

You will design and coordinate training, lead the GWI, and collaborate with partners to measure impact and foster an inclusive culture globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, social sciences, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of D&I experience, preferably in professional services or legal environment.
• Proven track record developing and implementing strategic D&I initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and manage training programs that promote inclusive leadership and cultural competency.
• Serve as operational hub for D&I and learning initiatives firm-wide with cross-functional coordination.
• Lead programs like the Diversity Symposium and Global Women's Initiative (GWI).
• Embed D&I principles into development programs, policies, and initiatives across the firm.
