Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Booking.com partners across the Czech market, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for tourism industry partners, managing inquiries regarding property listings and platform tools.
- Maintain and improve partner relationships to optimize the travel and tourism experience for end-users.
- Resolve complex issues regarding bookings, availability, and content management with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve operational efficiency within the travel sector.
