Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Booking.com partners via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist accommodation partners with technical inquiries about listings and reservations.
- Maintain partner satisfaction in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Analyze partner needs and guide optimization of their presence on the platform.
- Collaborate with international teams to support the Dutch-speaking market.
- Handle sensitive information and resolve partner disputes with care.
- Contribute to process improvements for one of the world's largest travel companies.
