Qualifications

• Fluent Czech (native or advanced) is required.
• Proficient English to navigate systems and communicate with the team.
• Strong communication, listening, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, and accounts.
• Provide clear, empathetic support to resolve issues and turn it into positive experiences.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through features.
