The role requires relocation to Greece, fluency in Czech, Norwegian proficiency, and strong English skills. You will join a supportive, multicultural team with onboarding, training, and clear career progression into QA, leadership, or operations with major

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) at C1/C2 level.
• Strong command of English (B2 or higher).
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU passport or valid permit).
• Basic computer skills and multi-screen navigation.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece soon.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with product, order, bookings, or account inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality service with clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through features.
• Collaborate with international teams in a multicultural environment.
• Stay updated on brand features and tools through onboarding and ongoing training.
