Job summary

Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) seeks a trainer to plan, design, and deliver comprehensive professional development for Child and Youth Services. You will implement training, evaluate staff, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in child and youth programs.
• Ability to plan and organize work and analyze problems.
• Experience in planning and conducting staff training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a comprehensive training and professional development program.
• Design and administer annual training requirements and conduct on-the-job and classroom training.
• Develop annual CYS program plan covering growth, curriculum framework and staff development.
• Observe program settings to assess staff competency and provide feedback.
• Manage program to budget and justify funding for resources.
