China Lake Golf Course is seeking a detail-oriented staff member to manage records and reporting for CYP components, including USDA programs, and ensure accurate enrollment paperwork. The role also handles background check paperwork and maintains office files while assisting with information dissemination to agencies.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and maintains assigned reports, correspondence, and data for CYP components (e.g., CDC, CDH, SAC, YP, R&R, USDA).
• Ensures child registration and enrollment paperwork is complete and current.
• Maintains USDA food program records and ensures accuracy and accessibility.
• Reviews and submits paperwork for background checks.
• Keeps office files and provides information to agencies such as Family Advocacy and USDA.
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with policies and submits on time.
• Researches records and follows up to resolve discrepancies.
• Notifies supervisor of discrepancies or unresolved issues.
• Provides front desk coverage; logs children in/out and answers program questions.
• Disseminates information to CDH providers about training, certification, status, and USDA reporting.
• Answers inquiries and redirects calls as appropriate.
• Performs resource/referral duties and maintains waiting lists.
• Collects fees, records payments, notifies supervisor of delinquencies, and deposits funds per cash procedures.
• Monitors supplies and notifies about items to order.
• Serves as a mandatory reporter to Family Advocacy and CPS for suspected child abuse/neglect.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
